Jay Gary Finkelstein

Jay Gary Finkelstein is a partner at DLA Piper LLP (US) with 38 years of experience in corporate transactional law, focusing on international and domestic negotiated transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, and corporate structuring.
