Jaume Llopis is a renowned business executive and academic with extensive corporate leadership experience. His academic credentials include a degree in Political Science, Economics and Business from the University of Barcelona, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a Ph.D. in Economics and Business Management from Ramon Llull University. As a member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors, he brings both scholarly and practical expertise to his work. His corporate career includes serving as CEO of major companies including Moulinex, Nestlé, AGF Unión-Fénix, and Borges International Group. His board experience spans over 49 multinational and family-owned companies across Europe, America, and Africa, including membership in Telefónica's Disruptive Council. As an author, he has published several influential books, including the bestseller "Management by Lies: Myths and Lies in Business Management," which received recognition from The New York Times as one of the month's best management books. His other notable works include "The New Coordinates of General Management" and "What Good Managers Do: The Challenge of the 21st Century." His contributions to business education include developing IESE cases and technical notes, and organizing the IESE Food and Beverage Meetings (1992-2019), which he extended to IPADE Business School in Mexico from 2015.
