Jasmien Khattab

An assistant professor at the Rotterdam School of Business, Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she completed her PhD in Organizational Behavior, this scholar focuses her research on structural inequality in organizations, examining crucial areas such as stereotypes and leadership, social networks and diversity, and diversity and inclusion practices; her academic work has been featured in prestigious publications including Academy of Management Annals and Academy of Management Review, building upon her previous experience as a policy officer for both the Permanent Representation of the Netherlands to the E.U. and the Dutch Ministry of Security and Justice.
