Janos Barberis

Janos Barberis has established himself as a prominent figure in financial technology and entrepreneurial education, founding SuperCharger, Asia's leading FinTech accelerator, which has helped 49 startups raise over $650 million, including three unicorns. After completing the world's first Ph.D. in FinTech Regulation at the University of Hong Kong, he has combined academic excellence (ranking 13th among global legal scholars on SSRN) with entrepreneurial success, being named the 32nd Most Powerful Dealmaker by Institutional Investor. His contributions to the field include co-editing "The FinTech Book," a global bestseller translated into six languages and distributed in 106 countries, and authoring numerous influential papers on FinTech regulation and RegTech developments.
