Her academic credentials include a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics, a Master of Law & Business from Bucerius Law School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, and an MA in Politics, History and Area Studies from the University of Bonn. Her research focuses on cross-national differences in training, education, and reskilling systems, contributing significantly to MIT's Task Force on the Work of the Future.
