Inez von Weitershauen

Inez von Weitershausen serves as a Research Associate at MIT Sloan's Good Companies, Good Jobs Initiative, where she helps develop research strategies at the intersection of international political economy and management studies. Her academic credentials include a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics, a Master of Law & Business from Bucerius Law School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, and an MA in Politics, History and Area Studies from the University of Bonn. Her research focuses on cross-national differences in training, education, and reskilling systems, contributing significantly to MIT's Task Force on the Work of the Future. She has played a key role in developing MIT's online course "Shaping the Work of the Future: Towards a New Social Contract" and facilitates workshops with industry and government stakeholders
