Hironao Kaneko

Prof. Dr. Hironao Kaneko has established himself as a distinguished legal scholar at Tokyo Institute of Technology, where he serves as Associate Professor in the School of Environment and Society and Institute for Liberal Arts. His academic foundation includes a PhD in Law, specializing in Civil and Business Law from Hitotsubashi University (1997). His expertise spans civil procedure law, e-commerce law, and electronic evidence law, making him a pioneer in addressing the intersection of technology and legal frameworks. As coordinator of the Science Technology and Intellectual Property Course, he facilitates valuable collaboration between Tokyo Tech and Hitotsubashi University's faculty of law.
