Guido Stein serves as a Professor in the Department of Managing People in Organizations and directs the Negotiation Unit at IESE Business School, while also maintaining a partnership role at Inicia Corporate in M&A and Corporate Finance. His expertise spans leadership development, organizational management, and strategic negotiation. As a trusted advisor to business owners and management committees, he brings valuable insights from both academic and practical perspectives.
