SDG AcademyDr. Grisana Punpeng is a distinguished academic figure serving as Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, where he chairs both the BA Communication Management and MA Strategic Communication Management International Programs. His diverse expertise spans theatre practice, actor training, and academic research, supported by his PhD in Drama from the University of Exeter, UK, and MA in Cultural Management from Chulalongkorn University. As a multifaceted professional, he combines roles as an actor, acting coach, and yoga teacher while conducting groundbreaking research in intercultural theatre, performance training, and creative industries development in the ASEAN region. His scholarly contributions include significant works examining Thai creative industries and sustainable creative cities across ASEAN, particularly focusing on Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia. Dr. Punpeng's research explores the intersection of mental health and theatre, aiming to eliminate social stigma and promote awareness. His recent projects include valuable research on Thailand's gaming industry for the Creative Economy Agency and an investigation of creative city enablers in Buriram province for UNESCO, demonstrating his commitment to advancing both cultural and economic development in the region.
