Geórgia Nunes has established herself as a pioneering social entrepreneur through her company Amora Brinquedos Afirmativos, which promotes racial representation through toys and recreational activities. Founded with the mission to bring visibility to the Black community, Amora operates on a buy-one-give-one model, donating a toy to public schools for each doll sold. Her initiative has already donated 155 affirmative toys, impacting 14 schools and 4,496 children. Her innovative approach to addressing racial representation in education earned her the Laureate Young Social Entrepreneurs award in 2017 and the Global Here for Good Award in 2018 for positive social impact.
