Gad Allon is a Professor of Managerial Economics, Decision Science, and Operations Management at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Science from Columbia Business School and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Israeli Institute of Technology. His research interests focus on operations management, particularly in service operations and operations strategy.
