Frank Washburn brings a diverse background spanning scientific research and game development to his role as an Instructor at Learn Ventures, Inc. His unique career path includes cancer proteomic research at the National Institute of Health and tracking endangered monk seals for NOAA, followed by a successful career in video game development. After graduating from Harvard University, he spent five years at Harmonix Music Studios, contributing to major franchises like Guitar Hero and Rock Band across multiple gaming platforms. He later founded Suppressive Fire Games, his independent game development studio. Following the release of his first game, he transitioned to education, focusing on developing innovative coursework for high school and undergraduate students at Learn Ventures, where he combines his scientific background with game development expertise to create engaging educational experiences
