Dr. Frances Trice serves as Senior Lecturer and Associate Department Head in the Department of Design Innovation at the University of Minnesota. Through her Coursera course "Introduction to UX Design MasterTrack Certificate Program," she helps students understand user experience design principles and methodologies. Her teaching emphasizes practical applications of design thinking, user research, and visual literacy. Based in McNeal Hall at the St. Paul campus, she combines academic leadership with hands-on design education.
