Fausto García

Fausto García, an Industrial Engineer with an MBA and PhD from Politecnico di Milano, combines his academic expertise with a passion for arts and entertainment. As the Director of Research Center for Media & Entertainment at IAE Business School, he has dedicated 20 years to entrepreneurship education and leads an International Master's program. His research focuses on innovation in the Entertainment Industry, particularly studying service creation processes in amusement parks, hotels, and shopping centers. His unique approach combines art, technology, and management, creating diverse learning environments. Beyond academia, his creative pursuits include participation in two films and production of short documentaries. His current focus involves developing learning simulators, studying business cases, and fostering international collaboration, while maintaining his commitment to innovative teaching methods that promote personal growth.
