Fanny Almario Mayor

Fanny Almario Mayor is a distinguished professional with a diverse academic background, holding a Microbiology degree from Universidad de los Andes, an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and an M.Sc. in Administration with emphasis in Science and Technology Management from the University of São Paulo. Her research journey began at the Coffee Chemistry Research Laboratory, followed by a significant 13-year tenure at Colciencias, where she held various positions in Development and Innovation Directorates. Currently serving as the Innovation Director at the Vice-Rectory of Research at Universidad Javeriana, she brings her extensive experience in scientific research and technology management to drive innovation in academic research.
