Her expertise spans across critical areas of modern supply chain management, particularly focusing on omnichannel distribution strategies and the integration of online and offline channels. As the Executive Director of the MITx MicroMasters Program, she oversees five massive online courses and a comprehensive final exam that have reached learners from more than 190 countries. Her research portfolio includes groundbreaking work in circular supply chains, reverse logistics, and closed-loop supply chains, helping retailers and manufacturers adapt to the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape. With over nineteen years of experience in teaching and research, she has made significant contributions to both academic and practical aspects of supply chain management, teaching courses in Sustainable Supply Chains, Digital Supply Chains, and Supply Chain Management at various academic levels.
