Ernesto Mondelo

Ernesto Mondelo is the founder of the Project Management for Results (PM4R) program at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), which provides capacity-building products for project management in Latin America and the Caribbean. He is also the founder and CEO of the Social Project Institute, where he offers agile project execution support for social and environmental projects. Mondelo holds an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona and a Master's in Education from Framingham State College in Massachusetts. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has created agile and predictive methodologies for social-environmental projects. With extensive experience in managing social-environmental projects in Latin America and the Caribbean, Mondelo has led numerous training activities for over 10,000 professionals across 24 countries in the region
