Dr. Eric Barrette serves as Director of Global Health Policy, Reimbursement and Health Economics at Medtronic, following his role as Director of Research at the Health Care Cost Institute (HCCI). His academic credentials include a Ph.D. and MS in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota and an MA in Economics from the University of Arizona.
