Emily Banzhaf

Emily Banzhaf is a versatile professional who combines her expertise in content design, conversation design, and voice user interface (VUI) design with her background as a professional violinist. As a content designer and member of the voice innovation team at WillowTree, she focuses on creating engaging and user-centric conversational experiences. Banzhaf is deeply committed to promoting ethical practices in voice technology, serving as a co-moderator of the Ethical Use Task Force at the Open Voice Network. In this role, she contributes to developing ethical standards and guidelines for voice experiences and plays a key part in the Open Voice Network Trustmark program.
