Emile Boustani

Emile Boustani is the Head of Asset Backed Products UK at Société Générale, where he has been a key member of the securitization and asset-backed products team since 2012. His role involves structuring fund finance, secured funding, and risk transfer solutions, including commercial real estate transactions and CMBS. Since 2020, he has also served as the ESG and sustainability coordinator for asset-backed products at Société Générale. Boustani began his career in commercial real estate finance at Société Générale in 2004, gaining extensive experience in structuring transactions across Europe. He holds degrees from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Sciences Po Paris, along with a PhD in Geography from Newcastle University. In addition to his professional responsibilities, he teaches courses on global financing solutions in collaboration with EDHEC Business School, focusing on the integration of Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) criteria in financial processes.
