Dr. William C. Schulz has established himself as a distinguished scholar and leader in strategic management and social entrepreneurship. After earning his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from The University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Political Science & Public Policy from Indiana University, he has dedicated over two decades to exploring how servant leaders can drive positive change through entrepreneurial leadership. As the Founding Director of Walden University's Center for Social Change and former Associate Dean of Walden's School of Management, he has shaped educational approaches to social innovation. His book "Creating Value Through Skill-Based Strategic Thinking and Entrepreneurial Leadership" has received acclaim for its resource-based perspective on strategy. Beyond academia, he has contributed to the field as past Chair of USASBE's Entrepreneurship Education Division and former Vice President for Academic Affairs at Albertus Magnus College. His work extends to practical applications, helping both for-profit and non-profit organizations leverage their capabilities for sustainable success. Additionally, he has ventured into documentary filmmaking, producing "Electra! Queen of the Aleutian Islands," praised by aviation historian Robert Serling as "arguably one of the finest aviation documentaries ever filmed."
