Sastra UniversityDr. Vijayabanu, C is currently Professor at School of Management, SASTRA Deemed University in India. She completed her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management in 2000 from Bharathidasan University, India. Her current research interests are focussed around Behavioral Studies, including Personality, Psychological Capital, and Emotional Intelligence. In her role, she teaches various courses such as Human Resource Management Organizational Behaviour, and specialized courses like Strategic Human Resource Management, Training & Development, among others. She brings to her classes enriched knowledge of 5 years of Research & 25 years of academic experience.She has successfully guided 7 doctoral scholars and currently guiding 1 Ph.D scholar. Her publications include 115 research articles indexed in Scopus, which encompasses 30 articles indexed in Web of Science, along with 12 case studies and 10 book chapters. She has served on the Editorial Review Boards of several academic journals, including Business Theory and Practice, Journal of Management Social Science and Humanities, and Journal of Business Economics and Management.
