He holds a Ph.D. from Bharathidasan University for his research on entrepreneurial challenges in the SME sector and attended a specialized workshop on 'teaching with cases' at IIM Ahmedabad. He utilizes his 4 years of practical industry experience as a former Commercial Manager for an Agro Equipment manufacturing company in Chandigarh to enrich his classes, where he teaches and conducts research in accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, and Data Analytics.
