He has been an integral part of the SASTRA University community for more than 25 years. He has authored more than 50 research articles in esteemed, peer-reviewed, and SCOPUS-indexed national and international journals and also successfully guided research scholars. He is a recipient of the prestigious 'Best Professor in Marketing' award, conferred by ET Now (Economic Times Now) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to marketing education. As a marketing scholar, Dr. Renganathan's research and teaching interests converge on strategic marketing areas, including Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Branding, and Marketing Communication, with a focus on driving business growth and customer engagement.
