He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland and has a strong background in wireless networks, smart grids, and sensor networks. Dr. Abdallah has received several accolades, including the Research Fellow Excellence Award at Texas A&M University at Qatar in 2016 and the Best Paper Award at IEEE BlackSeaCom in 2019. He has published over 140 papers in prestigious IEEE journals and conferences, demonstrating his expertise in optimization and communication systems. His professional contributions extend to serving as an associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Communications and IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society. With experience in both academia and research, Dr. Abdallah actively participates in various technical program committees for major IEEE conferences.
