Dr Mariya Eranova

Dr. Mariya Eranova is a Senior Lecturer in International Business and Strategy at Royal Holloway, University of London. With a background as a Sinologist, she previously served as the chief representative of a Russian company in China before pursuing her doctoral studies at the University of Nottingham. Her research interests encompass strategic decision-making, paradox theory, pedagogy, and East-West differences, particularly in relation to China. Dr. Eranova has published her work in prominent journals such as the Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Long Range Planning, and the European Management Journal.
