Dr. Loretta Daniels, CDP

Dr. Loretta Daniels is the CEO and Managing Partner at Kennesaw State University, where she also serves as a professor in the Systems and Industrial Engineering department. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Johnson University, she specializes in organizational leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and conflict management. Dr. Daniels has extensive experience in both academia and industry, having held executive leadership roles such as Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She is passionate about developing leadership frameworks that align with organizational goals and enhance workplace culture.Dr. Daniels teaches several courses on Coursera, including Developing a Leadership Framework, Leading Organizational Change, and Leading and Developing Top Talent. Her courses focus on equipping leaders with the skills necessary to navigate change, foster talent development, and create inclusive environments within organizations.
