About Me
Kutlwano Ramaboa serves as Deputy Director at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, where she has established herself as a leading expert in research methodology and international business education. After earning her PhD in Statistics from UCT and MA in International Relations from Tufts University, she has built an impressive career combining academic excellence with institutional leadership. As Director of International Relations since 2017, she successfully maintained the school's prestigious triple-crown accreditation status (AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS), making it one of only three African business schools with this distinction. Her academic contributions include teaching Quantitative Research Methodology and convening the Political Economy of Doing Business in Africa course, while her research has garnered over 135 citations. Through her leadership roles at UCT GSB, she strengthens synergies between programs, faculty, and academic affairs while maintaining her commitment to postgraduate supervision and institutional governance. Her diverse experience includes work in marketing research and developing university entrance aptitude tests at UCT's Alternative Admissions Research Project before joining the GSB in 2012.
