Delhi Technological UniversityDr. Kavinder Singh earned his B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, followed by an M.Tech in Information Systems and a PhD in Computer Vision from Delhi Technological University. He joined the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at DTU in 2020. With an h-index and i10-index of 11, his research spans Image and Video Processing, Pattern Recognition, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision. He has published in leading peer-reviewed venues, including IEEE Transactions, Springer, and Elsevier. Dr. Singh received an ISRO research grant for vision-based pose estimation for satellite docking and is part of the National Supercomputing Mission, securing funding for academic programmes. He has earned Research Excellence Awards (2022, 2024) and actively reviews for top-tier journals.
