The Hong Kong Polytechnic UniversityDr. Ka Man (Carman) Lee serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. As program leader of BSc(Hons) Enterprise Engineering with Management, she brings expertise gained from her PhD and BEng degrees from PolyU. Her research focuses on industrial engineering, enterprise resource planning, logistics and supply chain management, Industrial Internet of Things, wireless sensor networks, cloud computing, and big data analytics. With over 130 published articles in international journals and conferences, her work has earned recognition including a Silver Medal at the 47th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva and an Outstanding Paper Emerald Network Award in 2019. As Lab-in-Charge of PolyU's Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory, she leads innovative research in human-robot collaboration and cyber systems for sustainable design, developing AI-powered solutions for product-service innovation
