Dr. Fernando Sandoval Arzaga is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of business management, holding a PhD in Administrative Sciences from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. With over a decade of experience as a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and EGADE Business School, Dr. Sandoval has taught subjects such as Business Strategy, Leadership, Human Capital Management, Family Businesses, and Business Succession. He is a key member of the STEP (Successful Transgenerational Entrepreneurship Practices) project, which examines successful family businesses worldwide in collaboration with renowned institutions like Babson College. Additionally, Dr. Sandoval is involved with GRACO-ESADE, a research group focused on knowledge and learning in organizations. He has presented at prestigious conferences such as EGOS and FERC, and his work has been published in notable journals including Development and Learning in Organizations, Journal of Family Business Management, INCAE Business Review, and América Economía. With 15 years of consulting and teaching experience, Dr. Sandoval now serves as the Director of Entrepreneurship and the Center for Entrepreneurial Families at Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Campus Estado de México, where he continues to contribute to the growth of family businesses and organizational development.
