Dr. Andrea Reid serves as Global Education Manager at World Travel Protection, where she brings over two decades of expertise in learning design and curriculum development. After completing her Ph.D. in experiential learning, which produced an innovative reflective inquiry protocol for learning interpretation, she has established herself as a leader in educational innovation. Her career spans significant contributions across three Queensland universities, including co-developing EMPLOY101x at The University of Queensland with Anna Richards while managing the student employability project. As a Senior Fellow of AdvanceHE, she has designed numerous face-to-face and digital-first courses across various disciplines, demonstrating her versatility in pedagogical approaches. In her current industry role, she oversees professional learning needs for staff in Australian and Canadian offices of World Travel Protection, applying her expertise in experiential learning and curriculum design to corporate education while continuing to influence how learners understand and construct meaning from their personal and professional experiences
