Diana Bocarejo

Diana Bocarejo is a professor at Universidad del Rosario, specializing in political and legal anthropology, as well as socio-environmental studies. Her research primarily focuses on local environmental governance, exploring the relationship between campesino communities, environmental practices, and the challenges they face due to environmental changes such as droughts, floods, and state environmental policies. Her work integrates local knowledge and interdisciplinary approaches to promote more just forms of environmental care that respect the livelihoods of rural and fishing communities.
