About Me
He is an Associate Professor at the Applied Pedagogy Department and a researcher at the Centre for Research and Studies for Organizational Development at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. His research focuses on innovation, change management, organizational development, knowledge management, and organizational, intergenerational, and informal learning. He is also the Principal Investigator of the D-EMIND project.
