As an arranger and ensemble leader for the City Music All-Stars, David has facilitated performances for prestigious clients such as the Boston Celtics and Quincy Jones. He holds a full-tuition scholarship from Berklee, where he completed his undergraduate studies, and has furthered his education with a Master of Public Administration to enhance his impact on the performing arts.
