Dr. David Adamson is a Senior Environmental Engineer with over 16 years of expertise in environmental research and consulting. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he has held academic roles at Rice University and Cornell University, contributing significantly to subsurface contamination and biological remediation studies. Since joining GSI Environmental Inc. in 2004, Dr. Adamson has led innovative projects across the globe, from the U.S. to the Middle East, focusing on natural attenuation, emerging contaminants, and matrix diffusion. He has served as Principal Investigator on Department of Defense research initiatives, developing cutting-edge remediation strategies and treatment technologies for contaminants in low-permeability matrices. His work bridges applied research and practical implementation, making him a leading voice in environmental engineering.
