Susanne (Sue) Robins is an experienced teacher, trainer, facilitator, and invited speaker with a 25-year career spanning both public and private sectors. She has a strong background in leadership, sales, sales management, negotiation, marketing, software development, teaching, and program development. Robins holds a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Education from Mount St. Mary’s College. She is the owner and principal trainer of Ascend Training Solutions, which specializes in designing, developing, and facilitating employee training and leadership development programs for corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. Robins teaches courses on Coursera, including "High-Impact Business Writing" and "The Art of Negotiation," available in multiple languages. Her expertise lies in developing business soft skills training programs that are engaging and effective. She has also served on the Governing Board of the Culver City Unified School District, reflecting her commitment to education and leadership development.
