Daniela Gil

Daniela Gil Salom is an Associate Professor at the Universitat Politècnica de València, combining her role as Deputy Director of International Relations and Culture at the School of Informatics. She earned her PhD in German Philology from the Universitat de València and completed postgraduate studies in German as a Foreign Language Pedagogy at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. As a member of the Applied Linguistics Department's research group on Specialized Language Analysis, she specializes in German language acquisition and foreign language teaching methodologies. Her research portfolio includes significant contributions to self-assessment techniques, effective communication skills, collaborative e-learning, and the integration of technology in language education. Through her work, she has participated in numerous UPV-supported research projects, advancing the field of language teaching and learning methodologies.
