Courtney Kissler is the Vice President of Digital Platform Engineering at Nike, where she leads teams responsible for building a reusable, seamless platform to enhance Nike's direct-to-consumer experiences. Her leadership encompasses core commerce services, user services, consumer data engineering, and global retail solutions. Before joining Nike, Courtney served as the VP of Retail Technology at Starbucks, overseeing global POS and retail store technology. She spent 14 years at Nordstrom, culminating as the Vice President of E-Commerce and Store Technologies, where she spearheaded technological transformations to meet the demands of omnichannel consumers. Starting her career as a security engineer at Nordstrom in 2002, Courtney has held various leadership roles across technology organizations. She holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Washington University and has experience at two startups prior to Nordstrom.
