Collin Paschal

Collin Paschall is a Senior Lecturer and Program Coordinator at Johns Hopkins University's Center for Advanced Governmental Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. His teaching focuses on American government, research design, and data analysis, while his research explores U.S. congressional behavior and the intersection of public opinion with policymaking. Dr. Paschall's work has been featured in leading journals such as Political Research Quarterly and Social Science Quarterly. He served as an APSA Congressional Fellow in 2018-2019, working on criminal justice reform in the office of Congresswoman Karen Bass.
