A Post Graduate in the field of commerce from Bharathidasan University and a fellow member in the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, Kolkata, Amudha handles courses such as Financial, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, etc., and has 35 years of academic experience. She has published 91 articles in SCOPUS indexed Journals and 25 articles in other International & National Journals. She has also participated and presented papers in National and International Conferences and published Book Chapters. A Ph.D. from SASTRA Deemed To Be University and her research was on “Customer Satisfaction with respect to Service Quality in Private Sector Bank ”and has also published 8 case studies.
