Standing 6 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 245 pounds, he was drafted first overall by the Golden State Warriors in 1993. Over his 15-season career, Webber earned five NBA All-Star selections and was named the NBA Rookie of the Year in 1994. He gained fame as a member of the "Fab Five" at the University of Michigan, leading the team to two NCAA Championship games in the early 1990s.
