Ching Fong Ong

Ching-Fong (CF) Ong is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at BCG's Kuala Lumpur office, where he leads the Technology Advantage Practice in Southeast Asia and the Digital Transformation Accelerator (DTA). He specializes in helping clients transition into digital enterprises through strategic training, resource development, and extensive change programs. CF focuses on the Financial Institutions (FI) and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors, guiding clients on transformative agendas such as digital strategy, big data analytics, and capability building.
