Chiara Spina

Chiara Spina, an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD, researches how entrepreneurial firms use systematic decision-making and experimentation to innovate and scale. Her work explores emerging practices like accelerators, hackathons, and crowdfunding, often collaborating with governments and incubation hubs. Published in leading academic journals like Management Science and featured in Harvard Business Review and Forbes, Chiara manages research projects funded by entities such as the UK and Italian governments. She directs pre-acceleration programs across Italy, the UK, and India, supporting over 1,500 entrepreneurs, and co-founded the Strategy Insight Lab, which has helped more than 250 businesses achieve significant growth through innovative practices.
