Dr. Charles Newell is Vice President at GSI Environmental Inc. and an Adjunct Professor at Rice University. Renowned for his expertise in groundwater and surface water quality, bioremediation, and natural attenuation, Dr. Newell has made significant contributions to environmental science. He has co-authored two books, numerous technical articles, and five EPA publications, and developed 12 environmental decision support software systems.
