Charif El MaMouni serves as an instructor at the University of Maryland Global Campus while maintaining an active role in cloud computing implementation and architecture. With over fifteen years of experience in the Telecommunications and Finance industries, he brings extensive expertise in DevOps, Automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) practices to both his professional work and teaching. His academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida, complemented by industry certifications including AWS Certified Solution Architect, DevOps Architect, and Project Management Professional (PMP). As a key faculty member in UMGC's Cloud Computing program, he teaches courses focused on cloud infrastructure and implementation strategies, covering comprehensive topics from cloud computing foundations to various service models and practical implementation of cloud architectures across major platforms like AWS, Azure, and IBM.
