Celia Renata Rosemberg has dedicated her career to expanding educational opportunities for children, holding a doctorate from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at the University of Buenos Aires, where she serves as a Full Professor of "Educational Research I." As a Principal Researcher at Argentina's National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET), she directs the Interdisciplinary Center for Research in Mathematical and Experimental Psychology (CIIPME). Her research focuses on psycholinguistic development of vocabulary, narration, and child argumentation across diverse sociocultural groups, including marginalized urban populations, middle-class sectors, and indigenous communities. Through her leadership at CIIPME, she has built a team dedicated to combining research with educational intervention, aiming to enhance children's educational quality and promote their linguistic and cognitive development. Her extensive experience includes teaching postgraduate courses in Early Childhood Education and Specialization in Reading and Writing, as well as conducting numerous training programs for teachers, directors, and supervisors in Argentina's Initial Level education system.
