Carlson Huang graduated from National Taiwan University with a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature. He has been involved in international broadcasting since 1996, gaining extensive experience as a reporter, program producer, and English program host. His career includes administrative and management roles, starting as section chief of foreign languages, then advancing to vice manager of the programming department at RTI, and ultimately becoming the manager of the international language division. Carlson is dedicated to promoting people-to-people contact and international exchanges, which has taken him to various countries across Asia, Africa, Latin America, the South Pacific, Europe, and Russia, allowing him to connect with local broadcasters and audiences. He has also served multiple terms as a judge for the AIB Awards and has been elected for a third term as an executive committee member of the London-based Association of International Broadcasting (AIB) from 2024 to 2026.
