Dr. Carlos Alberto Tena Sánchez is a Professor at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in Leadership, Entrepreneurship Teams, Communication Skills, and Negotiation Skills. He holds a Master's in Human Development from UIA and a Doctorate in Human Development from UNAG, complemented by ICT Coaching Certification. As Director General of Kairos Business Productivity and Coordinator of the Management Skills Diploma at ITAM, he brings extensive expertise in stress management and integral health.
