Dr. Carlos Adrián Sarmiento Gutiérrez serves as Head of MOOC Development at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from UNAM, a Master's in Electrical Engineering specializing in Digital Signal Processing, and a degree in Electronics Engineering from UAM.
