Brooke Wenig

Brooke Wenig is a Machine Learning Practice Lead at Databricks, where she leads a team of data scientists in developing large-scale machine learning pipelines for clients. She also teaches courses on distributed machine learning best practices. Wenig is a co-author of Learning Spark, 2nd Edition, co-instructor of the Coursera course Distributed Computing with Spark SQL, and co-host of the Data Brew podcast. She holds an MS in Computer Science from UCLA, specializing in distributed machine learning. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, she enjoys cycling in her free time.
